Affiliate Program Terms

v2026-05-12

Mentorio.me Affiliate Program Terms

Effective version: May 12, 2026.

These Terms govern participation in the Mentorio.me Affiliate Program. They are additional and complementary to the general Terms and Conditions and the Expert Agreement. In case of conflict between these Program Terms and the general Terms, the general Terms prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

1. Eligibility

Only users with an approved and active creator account on the Platform may participate as Affiliates. Creator approval is granted at Mentorio.me's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time pursuant to §10.

Users whose account is suspended, rejected, or pending approval may not participate.

2. How it works

The Affiliate receives a personalized referral link provided by the Platform. When a new visitor registers on the Platform using that link, they are recorded as the Affiliate's Referral.

Starting on the date the Referral accumulates USD $100 in real sales on the Platform, the transactions the Referral completes from that point onward generate commissions for the Affiliate in accordance with §3.

3. Commission

The Affiliate's commission equals 50% of the Platform's net earnings on each transaction completed by the Referral. For these purposes, the Platform's net earnings are calculated as the gross commission retained by the Platform on the amount paid by the customer, minus the direct costs of the service (payment processing, live video where applicable, and infrastructure).

If the resulting net earnings on a specific transaction are zero or negative, the Affiliate's commission for that transaction is zero. When the resulting amount is not divisible in cents, the split rounds down.

The Affiliate may review the detailed line-by-line breakdown in their control panel within the Platform.

4. Duration

The commission for a Referral accrues on all sales that Referral generates on the Platform, with no time limit, as long as the following conditions are met:

  • The Affiliate's account remains active and not suspended.
  • The Referral continues with an active account on the Platform.
  • Neither party acquires the role of administrator of Mentorio.me, as set out in §9.
  • The Program is not paused or terminated by Mentorio.me pursuant to §12.

5. Attribution

Attribution follows a first-link-clicked rule: the first Affiliate whose link is clicked by a visitor without a prior account is assigned as that visitor's Affiliate upon registration, and the assignment is permanent for that Referral.

The attribution window is 90 days from the click. If the visitor does not register within that period, the attribution expires. If, on a later visit, the same visitor clicks the link of a different Affiliate and completes registration within the new window, the attribution belongs to the second Affiliate.

Only a new user, meaning a person who does not have a prior account on the Platform, can be attributed as a Referral. Users already registered on the Platform are not attributed even if they arrive through an affiliate link.

To sustain attribution across multiple visits by the same visitor, the Platform may place an attribution cookie in the visitor's browser, subject to the visitor's cookie consent. If the visitor declines marketing cookies, attribution still works within the same visit but may not persist across separate visits.

6. Self-referral prohibition

Self-referral, meaning any attempt by the Affiliate to pose as their own Referral, directly or indirectly, is expressly prohibited. The Platform detects and automatically blocks, at a minimum, signups made with the same email address as the Affiliate.

Mentorio.me reserves the right to apply additional controls (IP address, payout method, device, and others) at any time. If self-referral is detected, the attribution is silently discarded and the signup proceeds without an Affiliate assigned. Repeated or systematic attempts may lead to suspension pursuant to §10.

7. Refunds and reversals

If a Referral's transaction is refunded for any reason, the Affiliate's commission for that transaction is reversed:

  • Refund prior to payment to the Affiliate: the reversed commission is deducted from the next payment.
  • Refund after payment to the Affiliate: the Platform absorbs the loss and no retroactive charge is made against amounts already transferred.

Mentorio.me reserves the right to modify this policy in case of fraudulent activity or anomalous patterns, pursuant to §10.

8. Payment

Payments to Affiliates are processed on the same monthly cycle as any creator: on the 5th of each month, covering the balance accumulated during the immediately preceding calendar month.

  • Payment currency: USD, by bank transfer to the Affiliate's verified payout method.
  • Minimum required to process the payment: USD $100. Lower balances roll over to the following cycle.
  • Tax responsibility: the Affiliate is solely responsible for declaring and paying taxes on commissions received in accordance with the laws of their jurisdiction.

9. Conflicts of interest

If the Affiliate takes on the role of administrator of Mentorio.me, the Program is paused for their account while they hold that role; commissions already accrued are preserved, but no new ones are credited. The same rule applies to the Referral: if the Referral takes on an administrator role, their Affiliate stops accruing commissions on the Referral's transactions from that moment onward.

10. Prohibited conduct

The following practices are expressly prohibited and constitute grounds for suspension of the Program for the Affiliate's account, with reversal of the commissions paid in the most recent cycle:

  1. False or misleading income promises or claims (for example, "Earn $10,000 a month in one week with Mentorio").
  2. Sending unsolicited mass email or direct messages.
  3. Purchasing keywords using the Mentorio or Mentorio.me brand on advertising platforms (including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and similar).
  4. Promoting the referral link on coupon sites, cashback sites, or discount aggregators.
  5. Failure to provide adequate disclosure of the affiliate relationship when required by consumer protection laws in the Affiliate's country (for example, in the United States the Federal Trade Commission requires visible disclosure).
  6. Any self-referral or fictitious-referral mechanism, including creating accounts controlled by the same person.
  7. Use of bots, scripts, or other automated means to generate artificial clicks or signups.

11. Negative balance and suspension

If refunds exceed the Affiliate's accrued commissions and the Affiliate's net balance reaches −USD $200 or lower, the Program is automatically suspended for that account until the balance is covered. The Platform may offset the debt against future commissions before processing any payment.

12. Modification or termination of the Program

Mentorio.me reserves the right to modify these Program Terms with 30 days' prior notice via email to the Affiliate and notice on the Platform. Continued participation in the Program after the effective date implies acceptance of the new Terms.

Mentorio.me may terminate the Program in whole or in part with the same 30-day notice. In such case:

  • Commissions already accrued and credited are paid in accordance with the normal monthly cycle.
  • New attributions cease as of the closure date.

13. No income guarantee

Mentorio.me does not guarantee any income level for the Affiliate. Economic examples communicated in marketing materials are illustrative only. Actual performance depends on the volume and conduct of the Referrals.

14. Relationship between the parties

The Affiliate acts as an independent contractor. These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or representation relationship between the Affiliate and Mentorio.me. Each party is responsible for its own taxes, social charges, and labor obligations toward third parties.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Program Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
